Eventually, we aim to be a very responsive organization and hope to grow large enough to have staff to answer phones and the like. However, at present, we can only offer you two mechanisms to contacting us:

• Call us at 510-717-6942 during "normal business hours" Pacific Time, and be patient if we can't answer right away, or;
• Send us an email at either Sales At BadKneeBikes dot com or Support At BadKneeBikes dot com. This is certain to be found by a human! Well... unless your email is mistaken for spam! We recommend using a subject line that talks about bikes!
